About Us

We are a mother and daughter team, who have together set up our small family business.

Nicola has had 25 years experience in the hospitality & catering industry, working in restaurants, pubs and hotels. Gaining many qualifications along the way. Sandra is a keen and passionate baker, and so together make the perfect team.

We both have very high standards and pride ourselves on only using the finest ingredients in everything, from the vanilla bean paste in all our baking to the real butter in our finger sandwiches.

We love to source the best quality local produce and work closely with our suppliers. Our pork and leek sausage meat in our sausage rolls is form our local butcher and our charcuterie for our grazing platters is from the Cotswold’s. As well as using some local cheeses and fresh fruit.

Providing excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We believe we offer a premium quality and service at an affordable price.
