Sandra, an enthusiastic and skilled baker, complements Nicola’s experience, forming a partnership defined by passion and professionalism.

We prioritise the highest-quality ingredients, from the vanilla bean paste used in our baked goods to the real butter in our finger sandwiches. Sourcing local produce is central to our ethos; we work closely with trusted suppliers to bring the finest products to our customers.

Our local sausage meat, used in our popular sausage rolls, is sourced from a respected local butcher, while our charcuterie selections are procured from reputable producers in the Cotswolds.

We also incorporate regional cheeses and fresh, seasonal fruits to enhance the quality of our offerings.
